To develop future leaders in sales, we've created the BD Academy. We're equipping our high-potential business development and key account managers across our different lines of business—hotels, alternate accommodations, and B2B functions—with the skills they need to succeed. Our aim is to create a strong pipeline of talent for leadership roles, i.e., Zonal Manager (ZM) roles, by enhancing leadership competencies, strategic thinking, and operational acumen.
