HR Leadership Training

We're equipping our HR leaders with the tools to build a more inclusive workplace. Our training covers diversity, leadership, and future talent needs. We’re focused on creating a culture where everyone feels included and respected.

Addressing Diversity Issues

Diversity and inclusion training is a key component in supporting a diverse and inclusive company culture. We see diversity as a business strategy, as it represents our customer base.

That's why we have created a tailored roadmap for an inclusive work environment that balances the interests of both employees and our organisation. Inclusive communication, an open-minded approach to recruitment processes, and investing in diversity and inclusion training in the workplace have helped us achieve this.

Training on gender intelligence

This training helps them recognise the qualities of diverse employees and use them effectively. This in turn helps employees feel respected, confident, and inspired.

Demystifying Diversity & Inclusion

Here, HR leaders are made to dive into what D&I means for our culture and how it helps teams flourish.

Unconscious Bias

Improve inclusiveness in the workplace by becoming more aware of our unconscious biases and learning how to recognise and mitigate them.

Sincere conversations

It helps employees develop communication skills that will encourage inclusion at work for everyone.

Holiday Expert Channel

Our 'Holiday Experts' program, introduced in 2011, aims to create meaningful employment opportunities for individuals in remote areas, particularly focussing on empowering women. With over 1350 women experts, we're providing opportunities and serving diverse customers. Most of the participants are typically aged between 18 and 60+ years, averaging around 35 years old. And 95% of these experts are women, which is a testament to our commitment to gender equality and economic empowerment.

Some of our initiatives include:

  • 2. Manager Sensitisation: Ensures managers understand and support the needs of working mothers.
  • 3. Creche Facilities: offers on-site or near-site childcare options for added convenience.
  • 4. Travelling Toddler Pulicy: Provides flexibility for mothers travelling with young children for work purposes.
  • 5. Need-Based Flexibility: Offers mothers the ability to tailor their work arrangements to meet their individual childcare needs.
